Front Desk & Visitors
The front desk’s visitor register on screen: who arrived, why, whom they came to see, and whether they have left, searchable by campus and date.
What you can do today
Check-in
Name, purpose and arrival time, with a phone number or CNIC required, and the staff member or department being visited chosen from the campus list.

Everyone currently on campus, updated as visitors arrive and leave.

Close each visit with its departure time.
Search and filters
Find past visits by name, CNIC, phone, status or date range.

Questions schools ask
Is visitor data protected?
Yes. Only front desk staff and management can see the register, each campus sees its own visitors, and exporting it needs its own permission.
