What you can do today

  • Exam setup and date sheet

Create the exam, add each paper’s date, time and marks, download the date sheet as a PDF and publish it to students and invigilating teachers.

  • Seating plans

Define exam rooms by rows and columns and seat students automatically, by roll number or shuffled.

  • Invigilation duties

Assign chief invigilators, invigilators and relievers per paper and room, then print or publish the duty roster.

  • Question bank

Multiple choice, true or false, short, long, numerical and essay questions by class, subject, chapter and difficulty, including diagrams with numbered markers.

  • Paper Studio

Pick a class, subject and paper pattern, and a paper is built from your question bank: no question repeated, the least-used chosen first. Download it as PDF or Word.

  • Urdu papers

Urdu papers are laid out right to left throughout, headings and numbering included.

  • Paper patterns

Reusable board-style patterns with sections, question counts, marks and duration, with ready-made patterns to start from.

  • Paper approval

The exam head assigns a paper to a teacher, the teacher submits a draft, and the exam head approves it or asks for changes.

  • Marks entry

Choose exam, class, section and subject, and enter marks against the class list, checked against the paper’s maximum.

  • Result cards

One page per student with every subject, total, percentage, grade and class position, printed for a whole class or campus.

  • Publishing results

Publish when ready. Parents download the result card from the portal, and guardians with an e-mail address are told.

  • Exam analytics

Pass rates and averages by class, subject and teacher, with classes and subjects that fall well below the rest flagged for attention.

E-mails to guardians when results are published need e-mail delivery to be set up for your school.

How it works

  1. 1

    Plan the exam

Create the exam, build the date sheet, seat students and assign duties.

  2. 2

    Set the papers

Teachers draft papers from the question bank in Paper Studio. The exam head approves them.

  3. 3

    Enter marks

Teachers enter marks for their class and subject after the paper.

  4. 4

    Generate results

Result cards are compiled with grades and class positions, and checked before release.

  5. 5

    Publish

Results go live in the parent portal, and the analytics show where to act.

Questions schools ask

Does AI write the questions?

No. Paper Studio picks questions from your own question bank by fixed rules. AI is only used, where enabled, to read the layout of a sample board paper so you can reuse its pattern.

Can I edit the paper in Word?

Yes. Every paper downloads as a PDF and as a Word document.

Does it handle Urdu medium schools?

Yes. Urdu papers print right to left, including headings, question numbering and the marks column.
